Mr. Ritzel Dwight Mishoe, age 78 passed away August 25, 2017 surrounded by the ones that loved him very much.  He will be missed very much.  Mr. Mishoe was born on September 18, 1938, the son of the late Admiral and Luttie Owens Mishoe.  He was a faithful member of Riverside Baptist Church which he attended until his health declined, and he loved his church and church family very much.  He enjoyed working in his “MAN CAVE” and with his plants and flowers.  He was an Army National Guard Veteran.  Mr. Mishoe was predeceased by three brothers, Raymond, Carleigh and Ronald, one sister, Muriel Snowden, and a step grandson, Stephen K. Shelley.  Mr. Mishoe is survived by his wife of 29 years, Mrs. Rachel Alford King Mishoe, of the home, one son, Edwin (Kathy) Mishoe of Conway, two step sons, Mitchell (Janet) King of Loris, David (Carol) King of Cincinnati, Ohio, two daughters, Brenda (Jerry) Vickory of Myrtle Beach, Elizabeth (Kevin) Peavy of Conway, two step daughters, Sandra (Windel) Shelley of Conway, Patsy Padgett of Myrtle Beach, two brothers, Larry (Rebecca) Mishoe of Warner Robbins, Ga., Mark (Kathy) Mishoe of Myrtle Beach, one sister, Joyce Antloger of Myrtle Beach, several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family of Mr. Mishoe would like to thank his care givers who helped take care of him during his struggle with COPD and Lung Cancer.  

FUNERAL SERVICE 

Funeral services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Mr. Mishoe’s memory to Regency Hospice, 600 Garden City Connector, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.
